My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was great, right in the heart of Downtown Belleville, which was perfect for my family visit. However, the rooms were not really disabled accommodating, and I faced a leak in the bathroom on the first night. The service, though helpful and kind, had some issues like a strange smell in the room.

The hotel is in a perfect local spot right on Main Street with plenty of great restaurants, shopping, and pubs nearby. The rooms were well taken care of, clean, quiet, and pleasantly scented. However, there were a few issues like the darkness in the room and some noise from Main Street. The location worked perfectly for visiting family in Belleville, Illinois.
